a new me

4 and a half months after giving birth to our my2nd child this year, i decided to try to be closer to mother earth and embrace the world of vegetables and becoming at least 50% vegetarian or more.


I have to thank my mom for sharing with me her experience and insights that lead me to enjoy eating vegetables and vegetarian food.
She herself is a vegetarian after 57years of eating meat, and enjoys being a vegetarian now.

What leads me to take up this new way of eating?
Mainly because of my health.

I may not be a full fledge vegetarian,but i do hope ,its a good start and share my experiences with others on becoming one step closer to saving motherearth and the animals.
